I took my F-Pace 400 SVR in for the 10K service and the experience was FIRST Rate. Luis Rubio took excellent care of me and the Jag. I got it back polished and ready to drive on time as promised. They also supplied me with a Land Rover Defender as a loaner. What a great way to pre-sell me a possible replacement for the Jag! I was contemplating trading up to a Lamborgini Urus when my warranty expires, but after my drive in the Defender, I will certainly give the Range Rovers a look.

Made a appointment for repair a week out only to be called 2 days before to be told my vehicle had to be there on my appointment day,Thursday, but would not be looked at until the following Tuesday. Fantastic experience from test drive to delivery. MaryLou Monroe did an awesome job getting us educated about the Defender. Allowed us to get to know the car on a comprehensive test drive. Then, made the sales negotiation process simple. Tim Taylor jumped in when needed (driving over the test hill and explaining other off road details) and was very helpful. To top it off, since this was my wife's car and it was Valentine's Day they even gave her a dozen roses. Can't say enough good things!

I was an out of state buyer. I could tell they weren’t terribly interested in selling to me. They knew I wanted the car but continued to drive it…putting over 500 miles on it in a week. It wasn’t detailed inside beyond a dusting. There was half empty water bottles under the passenger seat and seat components unattached under drivers seat. Had issues with the windshield upon delivery. They washed their hands of it, denied any responsibility, and I haven’t heard a word from them since. Not the best of experiences.
